Effective Date: 08/06/2025

Facilitator: Dr. Clair Burley

Location: United Kingdom (services offered online via Zoom)

1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in the Rest & Nourish: Nervous
System Reset course (“the Course”), delivered by Dr. Clair Burley (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By enrolling in the Course, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of the Course
This Course is designed as a nervous system education and self-regulation programme,
incorporating somatic awareness, Polyvagal Theory, gentle movement, and relaxation
techniques.
∙This course is not therapy, and participation does not constitute a therapist–client
relationship.
∙If you are under the care of a mental health or medical professional, you are
encouraged to consult them before enrolling.
∙It is not a substitute for psychological or medical treatment, and is not suitable for
individuals in active crisis, acute trauma states, or those requiring individualised
psychological support.

3. Course Format
∙The Course runs for four weeks and includes live 90-minute group sessions via Zoom.
∙Participants will also receive digital resources, including workbooks and audio
practices.
∙Access to the Rest & Restore Protocol is provided via Unyte, and is hence subject to
their platform. You will have continued access for 1 year, however any interruptions
or online issues are not the responsibility of Dr. Clair Burley and will need to be
addressed directly with Unyte.
You are responsible for creating a safe, distraction-free environment for your participation.

4. Potential Benefits
Since early 2024, three versions of the Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP) have been released to
a pilot group of providers, with broader public availability beginning in 2025. Reported
benefits among adults and children include:
∙Improved sleep quality and duration
∙Reduced need for certain medications (e.g., sleep, ADHD-related)
∙Increased energy levels
∙Released postural restrictions and improved flexibility
∙Reduced anxiety and sensory overload
∙Improved executive functioning
∙Faster post-exercise recovery
∙Improved digestion
While many participants report positive outcomes, these are not guaranteed and will vary
between individuals.

5. Potential Risks
Because the RRP is a relatively new therapeutic protocol, the full range of potential responses
and side effects is still being understood.
As stated by Unyte (the creators of the protocol):
“Statements on the RRP have not been evaluated by the FDA, and Unyte products and
services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Unyte products are
not medical devices or medical instruments. It is solely the responsibility of each professional
or personal user to determine whether the products and/or services may be beneficial for their
patients/clients or themselves.”
As such, you agree to take part in the Course voluntarily and at your own discretion.

6. No Guarantee of Results
While this Course draws on trauma-informed, research-based somatic principles, we cannot
guarantee any specific results. Outcomes depend on many factors including your nervous
system state, level of participation, personal history, and current life context.
This course is offered as a supportive and educational experience, not a cure or treatment.

7. Payments and Refunds
∙Full payment is required to secure your place.
∙Due to the digital and live nature of the course, no refunds are available once the
course has begun.
∙If you are unable to attend live that session will be forfeited. Zoom sessions will not
be recorded and hence no replays will be available.

8. Intellectual Property
All content shared during the Course—including written materials, audio files, recordings,
and visual content—is the intellectual property of Dr. Clair Burley and may not be copied,
distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

9. Participant Responsibility
By enrolling, you agree to:
∙Participate at your own pace and within your own physical/emotional capacity.
∙Take personal responsibility for your wellbeing during and after each session.
∙Refrain from sharing medical or therapeutic advice with others in the group.
You also agree to maintain confidentiality of any personal sharing from other participants.

10. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, you understand
that:
∙You are solely responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during
the Course.
∙Dr. Clair Burley will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury
arising from your participation.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and will not be shared with third
parties. By signing up, you agree to receive emails relating to the Course and relevant follow-up content. You may unsubscribe at any time.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
